PLAYER PRIVACY NOTICE · PILOT VERSION 4
Play should be clear. Data use should be too.
This notice describes the information used by the current Armashi Smart Quiz pilot. Campaign-specific rules may add a narrower purpose but cannot silently replace this notice.
What the pilot records
Armashi records a device-linked or account-linked player identifier, campaign views, required consent, optional sponsor-marketing choice, attempt timing, answers, score, completion, reward status and audit events. A tracked campaign link may also record bounded source, medium, campaign, creative and referral labels; tracking labels must not contain a person's name or contact details. If a player signs in, Armashi also records the authentication method and a verified email address where supplied. A player may choose a public alias and broad interests. Delivery contact details are requested only after a reward qualification is approved.
Account sign-in and recovery
Google sign-in is processed through Armashi's authentication adapter. For email sign-in, a transactional email provider receives the destination address and one-time message so it can deliver the code. Armashi stores a keyed hash of the pending address and code, request-rate metadata and delivery status; it does not store the readable code. A successful email sign-in stores the verified address on the Armashi account. Authentication details are not sponsor marketing data.
Why it is used
The information is used to operate the game, enforce attempt and timing rules, restore results and season progress, detect problems, evaluate campaign performance, verify possible winners and support reward delivery and reconciliation.
Reward delivery details
An approved player must sign in before submitting a name and delivery phone or email. A delivery note is optional. These details are kept out of public leaderboards and sponsor campaign reports. Approved Armashi operators may access them for verification, delivery and support, and only necessary details may be shared with the relevant sponsor or delivery provider.
Marketing is optional
Playing or qualifying does not automatically subscribe a player to a sponsor. Sponsor marketing is a separate, optional choice and is unchecked by default.
What sponsors receive
Sponsors receive campaign-level results by default. Source-level acquisition rows representing fewer than 20 people are combined rather than named. The standard report excludes player IDs, sign-in details, contact data, raw answers and individual cross-brand history. Reward delivery is a separate purpose-specific hand-off, not general marketing permission. Armashi does not sell its player list or disclose an individual player's activity across unrelated brands.
Your account choices and rights
A signed-in player can use the Account & Privacy Center to view an account summary and submit an access, correction, objection or deletion request. Armashi records a reference and status so the request can be tracked. Privacy-request detail is restricted to separately approved privacy operators; ordinary campaign access does not include this queue.
What account deletion does
Deletion is assisted rather than instant. It pauses while a reward is pending verification, approved, claimed or fulfilled but not reconciled, because removing contact data could prevent delivery or dispute resolution. Once the gate is clear, Armashi removes player sign-in links, sessions, public profile, interests and reward-delivery contact, and retires the device key. Pseudonymized attempts, scores, required consent, acquisition and audit records may remain to preserve campaign integrity and legal or fraud evidence. A later sign-in creates a new account and does not reconnect the deleted history.
Retention and pilot limits
The initial public pilot is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Reward transfers, top-ups and product delivery are manual and are not confirmed until evidence is recorded. Operational retention periods, support service levels, regulator-facing procedure and production Google and email-delivery checks must be approved before a valuable-prize public season. Armashi will not claim a final statutory retention schedule until specialist review is complete.
